Bad Planning by Ethiopia's enemies

A website named EPPF www.eppf.net showed up recently and was beeing promoted by www.ethiopianreview. The EPPF claims that they are in control of most of Gondar. Their website shows pictures of their army camped and in training.
What first caught my attention was the clean, ironed uniforms. I was thinking to myself, how come a rebel force wears a uniform? How come a rebel force keeps so clean; they must have a lot of time in their hands! If such a force has occupied almost half of Gondar, how come no one is reporting this outside Ethiopian Review and the likes?
But before I could come up with all sort of other questions questioning the authenticity of this phenomenon, the rebels web address was caught by Hmbashaa (http://www.hmbasha.net/) as being rum from Asmara.

Doing a whois lookup on the domain name eppf.net reveals that it was registered and paid for from Asmara by an individual by the name of Muse Tegegne.

These people could not even run this propaganda properly! Amazing!
